Get FIT Friday: Eat your Fats… the good ones


Fat is good for you but not all fats.  People often find themselves overweight even obese at a young age.  This problem has not only been increasing with time but as time goes on body fat is harder and harder to get rid of.  This trend starts early on for many and often leads to a family issue of obesity.

Try adding good fats to your daily nutrition.
