1. Eat your bodyweight in grams of protein everyday
If you weigh 200 pounds, eat 200 grams or more of protein a day. Get your protein from natural sources, such as eggs, lean meat, and fish. If you need to, use a protein supplement.
2. Eat 15 times your bodyweight in calories a day
Every day you should average around 15 times your bodyweight in calories. If you weigh 200 pounds, you eat an average of 3000 calories a day throughout the week. Adjust this number based on if you are losing or gaining weight. If you are gaining weight, lower your calories a little to reach your maintenance calories and visa versa if you are losing weight.
